At Deko Electronics, we collaborate with InPost to ensure fast and convenient delivery of orders. We offer flexible delivery options tailored to the needs of our customers. Below you will find detailed information on delivery options, costs, processing time, and shipment tracking.

1. Delivery Options

For your convenience, we offer two delivery options via InPost:

InPost Parcel Lockers / InPost Pickup Points (POP): For orders placed by 8:00 PM, the package will be delivered to the selected parcel locker the next business day or on Saturday.
InPost Courier: For orders placed by 8:00 PM, the package will be delivered by courier the next business day.

2. Delivery Cost

Current delivery rates:

Shipping cost: 9.99 PLN for orders valued from 0 to 149.99 PLN.
Free delivery for orders over 150 PLN.

Detailed information about delivery costs will be provided during the ordering process.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed by 8:00 PM are processed the same day. For personalized products or temporary stock shortages, processing time may be extended, and we will inform you via email.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is processed and handed over to the courier company, you will receive a tracking number at the provided email address. With this number, you will be able to monitor the delivery status of your package within the InPost system.

5. International Delivery

Currently, we do not offer international delivery. We're working on it!

6. Delivery Issues

If the package is damaged during transport or does not reach you within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service department immediately: shop@dekoelectronics.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue and arrange a redelivery as soon as possible.

7. Change of Delivery Address

Currently, we do not offer the option to change the delivery address after placing an order, as orders are packed continuously and the processing cannot be altered once it has started.

8. Package Non-Collection

If the package is not collected by the Customer and returns to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange further action. In such a case, the Customer bears the cost of reshipping.
