Return and Warranty Policy

DEKO ELECTRONICS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time, at its sole discretion.

• “Customer” means the end user who purchases directly from distributors or wholesalers.

Deko Electronics Store Return and Complaint Policy

We accept returns.

Of course, we honor the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended) according to which "A Consumer who has entered into a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs indicated below."

Additionally: you may return products purchased from Us within 30 days from the purchase date, unless exceptions are noted in the Return Policy, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must not be used, damaged, and must be suitable for resale. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Send the product back

The following step does not apply to the sale of digital products. If you purchased a digital product or service, proceed to step 3.

Please return the product to our address. You are responsible for the costs and risks associated with shipping the returned product, so we recommend using a reputable courier service. Include the original proof of purchase with the shipment. Send the product to the following address:

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during transport, so we recommend obtaining appropriate tracking information from the courier company.

3. Inspection and Return

Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a full assessment and notify you via email, within a reasonable timeframe, whether you are entitled to a refund. If eligible, we will refund the purchase price, and the refund will be automatically made to the original payment method. In the case of an exchange, we will send a new product within 72 hours of processing the return.
